- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery efficiency.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and technology adoption within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Fabric.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based architecture and deployment models related to packaged and software as a service applications.
- Experience in managing integrations and release cycles within complex software environments.
- Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance.
- Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to align technical solutions with business and vendor requirements.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges across multiple teams.
