Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, a typical day involves acting as a software detective by investigating and resolving issues across various components of essential business systems. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying problems, analyzing system behavior, and ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The position demands continuous interaction with different teams to maintain system stability and support business continuity through effective problem-solving and timely interventions.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Hands on BODS development and database experience in Data Migration project with SAP.
- Have data loading and reconciliation experience through LSMW,IDOC,BAPI, and LTMC.
- Should be able to work independently and need to take ownership of his her objects.
- Should be able to ready in B shift(2pm to 12am).
- Should have good communication skill so that can work in client facing role.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience in managing and supporting enterprise-level business applications.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Familiarity with system monitoring tools and incident management processes.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly convey technical information to diverse audiences.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8-10 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
