Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and maintaining system stability to ensure seamless operation. The engineer works with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams and continuous monitoring of application health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- Strong understanding of financial accounting processes and integration within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP FI modules to meet business needs.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management and system upgrade procedures.
- Good problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FI S/4HANA Accounting.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
