Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. The engineer works with various tools and platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize application functionality, collaborating with teams to deliver seamless solutions that support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal operation.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system updates.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on application usage and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Experience in configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with using standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms for solution development.
- Ability to manage software releases and ensure system stability and performance.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application functionality.
