Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. Throughout the day, the engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility and optimal performance. Utilizing a combination of standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, the engineer continuously adapts and enhances applications to meet dynamic operational needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Splunk.
- Experience in configuring and managing packaged or Software as a Service applications.
- Familiarity with using application programming interfaces and low-code platforms for solution development.
- Ability to monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on maintaining system stability and compatibility.
