Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and reliability of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining seamless integration and optimal performance. Collaboration with different teams to address challenges and enhance application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain up-to-date knowledge bases for reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment on Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems.
- Knowledge of low-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to monitor and optimize application performance within cloud environments.
- Strong problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and improve system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
