Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in .NET technologies and Azure PaaS. The candidate will lead solution design and development, ensure coding quality, implement scalable cloud-native architectures, and drive unit testing practices using xUnit. This role demands strong technical leadership, architectural ownership, and stakeholder communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design scalable and secure applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET Core Web API, C#, and Entity Framework/Dapper.
Prepare HLD/LLD and define microservices-based cloud architecture.
Design and implement solutions using Azure PaaS (App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Azure SQL/Cosmos DB, Storage, API Management).
Ensure high availability, performance optimization, security best practices (Managed Identity, Key Vault, RBAC), and cost efficiency.
Write clean, testable code following SOLID principles, design patterns, and Clean/Onion Architecture.
Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards.
Implement unit testing using xUnit and integrate tests within CI/CD pipelines.
Manage CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions.
Implement monitoring (Application Insights) and support performance tuning.
Lead and mentor development teams, provide estimations, and drive technical discussions.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Required/Mandatory Skills
Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs.
Solid understanding of OOPS and SOLID principles.
Experience with Azure PaaS and microservices architecture.
Strong experience in xUnit and automated testing practices.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud security fundamentals.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have
UK Financial Services domain experience.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging patterns.
