PI Logistic coordinator

Could you be the full-time Logistics Coordinator in Bengaluru we’re looking for?


Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics and supply chain expertise in a dynamic and innovative field. You’ll work alongside motivated and collaborative teammates.You'll play a key role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our logistics operations. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as Material Planning, Sourcing, Finance, and Manufacturing), lead the logistics team, and optimize physical and system flows to ensure seamless operations.You’ll specifically take care of managing warehouse operations, logistics engineering, and transportation teams (both internal and external), but also ensure alignment with Alstom’s standards and processes.

We’ll look to you for:

  • Ensuring compliance with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policiesImplementing standard logistics processes and optimizing warehousing, packaging, and physical flows
  • Managing and reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as inventory accuracy and cycle counting performance
  • Overseeing the implementation and proper use of the ERP solution
  • Leading the deployment of the APSYS (Alstom Transport Production System) roadmap
  • Driving continuous improvement activities within logistics

  • Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Industrial fields
  • Experience of at least 6 years in logisticsKnowledge of industrial fields and/or material planning
  • Familiarity with SAP, particularly WM and IM modules
  • A strategic and methodical approach to vision and operations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in English (mandatory)An agile, inclusive, and responsible attitude with a focus on building partnerships
  • Proven risk management and problem-solving abilities
