Platform Engineer
Your responsibilities
You will be expected to perform the following tasks and responsibilities in a manner consistent with CBA’s Values and People Capabilities.
Designing and configuring SAP banking modules like Business Partner, Deposits Management, Master Contract Management, Payments and Loans Management to meet the specific requirements of bank processes.
Creating Test Scenarios, conducting Functional Acceptance Testing/System Testing and validating the functionality of SAP solutions to ensure they meet the defined business requirements.
Creating functional specifications, user manuals and other relevant documentation to facilitate system understanding and Knowledge transfer.
SAP Banking SME input and estimation during business case
Deliver medium/high Complexity Design Build Items
Govern medium/high Complexity build items
Prioritise work and deliverables according to specified timeframes
Prepare or assist in preparing deliverables/documentation for review and feedback
Ensure high quality of designs and solution for SAP Banking
Liaise with internal and external customers where required
Work within a team environment and across business units to complete associated tasks

Undertake any other tasks assigned by your manager that you have the capability to perform safely in line with relevant internal Bank policies and external regulatory requirements.
Your Experience
Desirable:
6 to 9 Years in SAP Functional & Design Experience in a specialised area.
Expertise in the following areas of SAP Banking:
Deposits Management
Pricing & Conditions
Cash Flow
Master Contracts Management
Item Management
End of Day Processes / Settlement / Statements / Accruals
Payments and Payment advice
Business Partner (Customer), Product Configuration and Token Management
Bank Statement and correspondence
Loans Management
Ability to work in a highly integrated and heterogeneous environment.
High level of communication skills, including the demonstrated ability to solicit opinions, accept feedback
Ability to deliver convincing presentations that provide significant insight and generate consensus and buy-in
Experience in operating effectively as part of cross-functional teams
Supporting Agile Delivery Methods
