Portfolio Resolutions Manager-Unsecured-ARD Retail-ARD Retail Portfolio
- Responsible for managing unsecured retail portfolios with focus on resolutions and recovery. - Oversee the portfolio performance and implement strategies to reduce delinquencies. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective portfolio management. - Analyze portfolio data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions. - Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines. - Drive initiatives to improve customer experience during resolution processes. - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to portfolio health. - Collaborate with risk and compliance teams to mitigate potential losses. - Lead a team focused on achieving portfolio resolution targets. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting to senior management.Job role
