Power BI+ Dax Consultant

5+ years of experience in business intelligence or data analysis. Expert-level proficiency in Power BI Desktop and Power BI Service. Deep understanding of data modeling concepts, DAX, and measures. Strong SQL skills and experience with query modes and live mode connections. Proven ability to design and implement complex data visualizations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience leading and mentoring BI teams. Primary skills:Technology->Business Intelligence - Visualization->MSBI (Power BI) • Good knowledge on software configuration management systems • Strong business acumen, strategy and cross-industry thought leadership • Awareness of latest technologies and Industry trends • Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate • Two or three industry domain knowledge • Understanding of the financial processes for various types of projects and the various pricing models available • Client Interfacing skills • Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies • Project and Team management Experience with Power BI dataflows and data preparation. Knowledge of other BI tools and technologies. Understanding of data warehousing concepts. A day in the life of an Infoscion Collaborate with business users to understand the reporting requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Design and develop robust data models using Power BI Desktop, incorporating strong data modeling concepts. Create efficient and accurate DAX calculations and measures to meet business needs. Build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports using Power BI. Optimize Power BI reports for performance and scalability. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data, calculations, and visualizations. Maintain and update existing Power BI reports and dashboards.
