Ready to lead transformative initiatives? Apply today and help build the cloud foundation of the future.

Why You’ll Love This Role

  • Drive High‑Impact Initiatives: Lead strategic DevOps and infrastructure programs that enable scale, performance, and reliability across global engineering teams.

  • Architect Modern AWS Infrastructure: Design secure, automated, multi‑account AWS environments that support mission‑critical services.

  • Solve Deep Infrastructure Challenges: Tackle complex problems in networking, compute, storage, observability, and security for large distributed systems.

  • Champion Operational Excellence: Define standards, best practices, and governance models that elevate service quality and developer velocity.

  • Collaborate Across Boundaries: Work closely with engineering, SRE, security, product, and platform teams to deliver seamless and resilient infrastructure solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and guide DevOps/SRE teams responsible for cloud infrastructure and platform services

  • Architect, automate, and evolve multi‑account AWS environments including VPC design, IAM governance, networking, and cross‑account communication

  • Build and optimize infrastructure automation using IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)

  • Design robust, resilient, and scalable CI/CD systems to support diverse microservice teams

  • Manage and optimize databases (MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Aurora) for performance, reliability, and cost efficiency

  • Establish best practices for observability—metrics, logs, tracing, alerting, and performance insights

  • Troubleshoot complex distributed‑system issues across layers (network, service mesh, API gateways, storage, compute)

  • Partner with engineering leaders to scope, propose, and drive large, high‑visibility infrastructure initiatives

  • Ensure compliance, security, and audit readiness of the AWS environment at scale

  • Enable smooth cross‑team integrations by defining standards for service communication, networking, and deployment architecture

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles managing production services at scale

  • Deep expertise in AWS infrastructure (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, CloudFront, VPC, Transit Gateway, Route53, S3, IAM, SQS, SNS)

  • Hands‑on experience designing and managing large multi‑account AWS organizations using best‑practice governance models.

  • Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals (VPCs, subnets, peering, VPN, load balancing, service‑to‑service communication)

  • Proven skills in database management and performance optimization (MySQL, DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Aurora)

  • Mastery of infrastructure‑as‑code and automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, CDK)

  • Robust experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization, orchestration, and build systems (Docker, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc)

  • Strong troubleshooting skills across cloud, network, compute, and application layers

  • Excellent communication, cross‑functional collaboration, and leadership in fast‑paced environments

 Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing highly secure cloud environments with least‑privilege IAM, encryption, auditing, and compliance guardrails

  • Hands‑on knowledge of service meshes, API gateways, or high‑scale microservices infrastructure

  • Familiarity with Python, Go, or scripting languages for automation and tooling

  • Experience with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry)
