Lead the design and development of AI/ML models and systems to achieve business objectives, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Conduct comprehensive analysis of large and complex datasets to derive actionable insights and formulate effective ML strategies.
Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA), visualize data, and evaluate and select appropriate ML algorithms for solving specific challenges.
Manage data acquisition processes, identify relevant datasets, and oversee data preprocessing and feature engineering.
Train, optimize, and deploy machine learning models, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Implement robust monitoring and validation strategies to maintain model accuracy and efficiency in production environments.
Demonstrate deep understanding of AI/ML applications, including integration with business processes and operational systems.
Mentor junior team members, providing technical guidance and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Research and implement advanced ML techniques and best practices to enhance model performance and operational efficiency.
Communicate complex technical concepts and findings effectively to diverse stakeholders, including non-technical audiences.
