RESPONSIBILITIES
• Need to work closely with Application/product teams to understand/identify the opportunities for automation.
• Design and execute QA tests using scripts that automatically test functionality.
• Run tests for databases, systems, and applications.
• Identify bugs and quality issues in development, service, or business processes.
• Install applications and databases relevant to automation.
• Collaborate with other business units to understand how automation can improve workflow.
• Gather requirements from clients, customers, or end-users to develop the best automation solutions.
• Responsible for receiving incidents and requests from end-users, analyzing these and either responding to the end user with a solution or escalating development team.
• Responsible for day-to-day ad hoc activities and support of the application bots in operation, including tasks related troubleshooting of automations bots and resolution or escalation.
• Responsible to install the prerequisites on the Virtual Machine
• Responsible to raise change based on the requirement and represent in change in CAB meeting.
• Deploying the bot solution in the VM based on the AIQ and EIQ’s.
• Responsible for support and maintenance activities.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
• Programming and coding experience.
• Detailed knowledge of application functions, bug fixing, and testing protocols.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal).
• Excellent Documentation, presentation, analytical and multitasking skills.
• ITIL v3 Foundation Knowledge - Knowledge of Event, Incident, Change, Problem and Configuration Management.
• Basic understanding of IT Infrastructure, Windows server, Operating systems and Networking.
• Committed to Process Improvements and Operational Delivery by working with the Management.
• Experience with project management
