Summary:
As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various stakeholders, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that all project deliverables meet the established timelines and quality standards. You will also engage in problem-solving discussions and contribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure effective communication among team members.
- Monitor project milestones and deliverables, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Atlassian JIRA.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks.
- Experience with Agile and Scrum practices.
- Ability to analyze project data and generate insightful reports.
- Familiarity with risk management and mitigation strategies.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
