Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with strong BFSI domain exposure to lead complex, cross‑functional delivery programs. The role demands ownership of end‑to‑end project execution, stakeholder management, governance, and adherence to agile delivery and enterprise compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage end‑to‑end project delivery across Product, Design, Business Analysis, and Engineering teams
• Track and manage milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, resources, and financials
• Facilitate governance forums and ensure effective stakeholder communication and status reporting
• Ensure adherence to Agile delivery practices and BFSI enterprise compliance standards
• Proactively drive issue resolution and continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle

Desired Profile

• 12+ years of overall experience with strong project / delivery management background
• Proven experience delivering projects in the BFSI domain
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience working in agile and regulated enterprise environments
• Ability to manage distributed teams and complex delivery dependencies
