Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Practitioner, a typical day involves supporting quality assurance initiatives aimed at monitoring the effectiveness and adherence to established processes, procedures, and policies. This role requires close collaboration with global teams focused on quality, process enhancement, and delivery to evaluate current knowledge levels, identify learning requirements, and actively contribute to refining quality methodologies and operational processes. The position demands continuous engagement with various stakeholders to ensure that quality standards are consistently met and improved upon across the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Test Automation Strategy.
- Strong expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive test automation frameworks.
- Experience in integrating automation strategies with overall quality assurance processes.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop scalable automation solutions.
- Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align automation efforts with business objectives.
- Proficient in evaluating and selecting appropriate tools and technologies to support automation goals.
