Quality Engineer
Project Role : Quality EngineerProject Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic environment where you will enable full stack solutions through collaborative planning and integration within a multi-disciplinary team. Your typical day will involve performing continuous testing across various aspects of the application lifecycle, including security, API, and regression testing. You will create automation strategies and develop automated scripts while supporting data and environment configuration. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and monitor defects, contributing to continuous improvement activities that enhance the overall testing process and application quality.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve defects in a timely manner.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow, ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management.
- Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks and tools.
- Experience in scripting languages for test automation.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
