Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that support the entire application lifecycle. The role includes integrating various tools and processes to enhance delivery speed and product quality. Daily activities encompass continuous testing efforts focusing on security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites. The position also involves developing and maintaining automated testing scripts, configuring test data and environments, and actively participating in code reviews. Monitoring and reporting defects are key tasks to ensure ongoing improvements in testing processes and overall product reliability.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to improve testing efficiency and coverage.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill enhancement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with project goals and timelines.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing.
- Experience in designing and executing automated test scripts across various testing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to support automated testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test environments and data to simulate real-world scenarios.
- Familiarity with security testing practices and API testing methodologies.
- Skilled in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects to facilitate effective resolution.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Automated Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
