Summary:
As a Quality Engineer focusing on manual testing, a typical day involves thoroughly validating software solutions by executing tests aligned with specified requirements and user stories. This role includes designing detailed test cases, meticulously identifying and documenting any discrepancies or defects, and working closely with various delivery teams. The objective is to ensure that the final product is dependable and ready for end users, maintaining high standards of quality throughout the development lifecycle. Collaboration and communication are key elements, as the role supports seamless integration of testing efforts within the broader project framework.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to build their testing capabilities and understanding of quality assurance practices.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality goals and timely resolution of issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Automated Testing, JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of manual testing techniques and best practices.
- Ability to design comprehensive test cases based on user stories and requirements.
- Experience in defect identification, documentation, and tracking using industry-standard tools.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with development and delivery teams.
