As a Quality Engineering Architect, a typical day involves designing and implementing comprehensive testing frameworks that span the entire software development lifecycle. The position also entails guiding teams through complex challenges, ensuring that testing strategies align with organizational goals, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement in quality engineering practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable testing architectures that support evolving project requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of quality engineering practices.
- Mentor junior team members to build their expertise and promote knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate emerging testing technologies and recommend adoption to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and quality assurance principles.
- Experience in designing automated testing frameworks and integrating them with continuous integration pipelines.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and develop strategic testing approaches.
- Familiarity with performance testing and security testing concepts related to application development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and capability to troubleshoot issues in distributed environments.

Additional Information:
