- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable testing architectures that support continuous integration and delivery.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps and recommend improvements.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new testing tools and technologies to optimize quality assurance processes.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Robotic Process Automation Advanced.
- Strong expertise in designing automated testing frameworks and strategies.
- Experience with scripting and developing test automation workflows.
- Ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Familiarity with quality engineering best practices and software development life cycle.
- Skilled in integrating testing solutions with various development and deployment pipelines.
