What would you do? You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data/reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. Record to Report (R2R) is a finance and accounting process that involves collecting, processing, and delivering accurate financial data. This includes recording transactions, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial statements. The goal is to provide a clear and accurate picture of a companys financial performance. Effective R2R processes ensure compliance with accounting standards and support informed decision-making. What are we looking for? • Graduate / Post graduate in Finance, Commerce, Accounting • 5 years of R2R experience, including people management Preferred Qualifications: • Strong expertise in R2R / General Ledger / Financial Accounting • Proven experience handling close, compliance, and taxation • ERP knowledge (SAP preferred) • Strong leadership, review, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem solving environment • Ability to work comfortably with all levels of the organization • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment • Self-starter, multi-task, flexible, demonstrating initiative and confidence • Thorough/detailed approach to work • The ideal candidate must possess a desire to learn and deliver as a true team player • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member, with success contributing to a team-oriented environment • Excellent communication skills written and verbal including formal presentation skills (needs to be able to build relationships over the phone without meeting suppliers / customers on a regular basis) • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills • Adaptable communication ability to conform to the varied corporate cultures and organizational structures of our customers
Roles and Responsibilities: •• Lead and review journal entry calculations and postings (independent entries) • Own monthly, quarterly, and year end close activities • Oversee fixed asset and lease accounting • Manage intercompany (ICO) accounting and reconciliations • Ensure timely and accurate statutory reporting and audit support • Oversee Direct Tax, Indirect Tax, and Transfer Pricing activities • Act as primary contact for statutory authorities, auditors, and regulators • Review bank reconciliations, payments, and treasury operations • Drive compliance, controls, and process improvements • Manage, coach, and review team performance and quality
