Role Description

• Reference Data Analyst in IB SSI Ops within IB CPO – Individual is required to source DB’s external client’s callback contact details in an independent manner and reach out to them to perform verbal authentication of their Standard Settlement Instructions sent via High Risk Media
• Operations is responsible for driving the planning and the day-to-day management of the business to align with the bank's mission and strategic goals. Operations set the direction and manage performance to bank targets with a focus on continual performance improvement. Work includes: •Identifying and prioritizing requests nearing currency cut off  • Supporting bank strategy, proactively identifying and managing areas of risk •Maintaining relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders

Your key responsibilities

• To perform an Analyst role
• To manage daily call backs to external clients
• Maintain daily KPI
• Handle & resolve day to issues/escalation
• Work to manage stakeholders

Your skills and experience

• Very good verbal communication skill
• Willingness to work in US shift
• To be able to handle pressure on the job
• Hands on experience on MS Office

Experience/Exposure

Having experience of less than 1 year
