Summary:
As a Responsible AI Tech Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsibility. This role requires coordinating with diverse teams to ensure AI initiatives comply with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The position demands proactive leadership to guide project direction, promote collaboration across departments, and champion the adoption of responsible AI practices throughout the organization. Daily activities include strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and continuous evaluation of AI systems to uphold integrity and trustworthiness in technology deployment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience.
- Should have influencing and Advisory skills.
- Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical AI principles into project workflows and organizational policies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams, business units, and compliance stakeholders to ensure alignment on responsible AI objectives.
- Mentor and support junior team members in understanding and applying responsible AI frameworks and best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable data architectures within cloud environments.
- Strong knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance standards relevant to AI and data management.
- Ability to analyze complex data workflows and optimize performance in data warehousing solutions.
- Familiarity with integrating AI models and pipelines into data platforms to support responsible AI initiatives.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 18 years of experience in Snowflake Data Warehouse.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
