Summary:
In the role of Responsible Artificial Intelligence Technology Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the development and implementation of artificial intelligence solutions that prioritize ethical considerations and responsibility. This position requires guiding teams to ensure that AI projects comply with established ethical standards and regulatory frameworks. The role includes fostering collaboration across various departments to promote the adoption of responsible AI practices. Additionally, the individual leads efforts to design and deploy AI technologies that align with organizational values and societal expectations, ensuring that AI applications are both innovative and conscientious.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to integrate ethical guidelines into AI project workflows and deliverables.
- Champion awareness and training programs to promote responsible AI practices within the organization.
- Support junior team members by providing mentorship and guidance to foster professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
- Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale data engineering using PySpark.
- Strong knowledge of data pipeline development and optimization techniques.
- Ability to design scalable and efficient data workflows to support AI and machine learning models.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and integration with PySpark environments.
- Competence in debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning of PySpark applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PySpark.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
