Summary:

The Trainee will support the regional leader in driving the regional growth program across different BU / segments . Trainee will work closely with regional commercial, technical, and cross‑functional teams to understand customer needs, strengthen market presence, and support business growth initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

• Support the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities in the IMEA region.
• Assist in market mapping, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation.
• Participate in customer meetings, product trials, and technical discussions.
• Help prepare commercial proposals, technical presentations, and business cases.

Qualifications:

The following are required for the role

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical engineering, Polymer Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a cross‑cultural, multi‑regional environment
• Self‑driven, curious, and eager to learn.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
