Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

A Telesales Executive is a member of the sales team who will contact clients, potential customers, or previous customers by telephone. Their aim will be to sell, or upsell, products and services.

·       Desired candidate will come from Sales background with exposure to sales roles (credit sales, loan sales, insurance sales, other Service sales etc)

·       Nuanced understanding of company’s goals and business model

·       Generating leads and reaching out to prospects

·       Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person

·       Handling and resolving client queries and complaints

·       Carrying on the sales process using the particular sales software

·       Ability to network and build lasting relationships

·       Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data

·       Accurately entering data and keeping records up-to-date.

Job Description

Salary plus attractive incentives for the Sales.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month

Schedule: Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate: Chennai, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

High school / Diploma or equivalent

Experience: • Sales: min 1 year to 4 years (Preferred)

Language: • English, Kannada, Hindi
