About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned SAP BW/BPC Developer with over 7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Business Warehouse (BW) and Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC) and will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of BW/BPC solutions to support business intelligence and financial planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Design & Development:
  • Design and develop SAP BW and BPC solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain data models, InfoObjects, InfoProviders, and other BW/BPC components.
  • Implement planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation processes in SAP BPC.
• Data Integration & Management:
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into SAP BW.
  • Integrate BW with other SAP modules and external data sources.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality in BW/BPC solutions.
• Reporting & Analytics:
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics in SAP BW and BPC.
  • Use SAP BEx Query Designer and Analysis for Office for reporting needs.
  • Provide insights and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end BI and EPM solutions.
• Performance Optimization:
  • Optimize BW/BPC solutions for performance and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BW/BPC solutions.
• Documentation & Training:
  • Document BW/BPC solutions, including data models, design specifications, and user manuals.
  • Provide training and support to end-users and other team members.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP BW and BPC development.
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing BW/BPC solutions in complex environments.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in SAP BW, including data modeling, ETL processes, and BEx tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP BPC for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and consolidation.
  • Experience with SAP HANA and integrating BW with HANA.
  • Proficient in ABAP for BW and BPC development.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing and business intelligence principles.
• Soft Skills:

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.

• Experience with other SAP tools and technologies (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Data Services).
• SAP certification in BW, BPC, or related areas.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
