SAP-SCM-Associate Director-KGS Tech Transformation
The Global Delivery Network (GDN) at KGS MC is looking for dynamic, high-energy and high-performing individuals to be a part of their Powered Enterprise journey. Powered Enterprise is an outcome-driven business transformation solution delivered through a global delivery network capability.
Role Responsibilities:
Should have minimum 15+ years of experience in SAP MM, Source to Pay, with at least 2 end to end implementation in SAP S/4HANA.
Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BPP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts.
Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts.
MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point)
In Depth Configuration Knowledge on MM Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Procurement Process, and Inventory Management
In Depth Knowledge on Logistics Invoice Verification and Automatic Account Determination Process
Should have hands-on Experience on end-to-end MM Configuration
Should have experience on PO Pricing Procedure and Inter/Intra Company pricing procedures.
Should have experience on Special Procurement processes such as Sub-Contract, Third party, Consignment processes.
Should be having experience on Batch Determination process in Inbound and Outbound Logistics
Should be able to work on integration aspects such as SD, PP, QM,PM and Ariba
Should be able to individually lead on Sales orders, Work orders, QM orders.
Should be able to understand the SAP standard P2P tables and able to understand the ABAP debugging knowledge and Table Maintenance knowledge.
Should have knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements.
Should be able to prepare test case documents, test plan and Data Migration activities using either LSMW or SAP S/4 LTMC
Should have knowledge on Fiori Apps, should have knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4
Ability to work in independently in the implementation process and creates value for SAP customers through design and maintenance of activities in the procure to pay process.
Exposure to ITIL Framework, IT Management Tools
Strong verbal communication skills and ability to Establish a rapport with clients and colleagues.

Requirement:
Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment.
Should have prior working experience in S4 Hana implementations and rollouts.
Ability to conduct Client interviews and requirement gathering.
Drive detailed design discussions.
Exposure to S/4 Road Map, Best Practices, and Industry knowledge
Individual should have min 2 end to end Implementation experience (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
Individual would be required to gather business requirements & prepare TO BE design documents.
Individual need to have strong knowledge SAP S/4HANA – Material Management and Procurement Domain & Simplification List
Strong knowledge in Procurement Business scenarios and Processes across different industries and domains.
Preparation of related Configuration documents.
Individual should be strong on Standard SAP MM Functionalities.
Exposure to Indirect procurement tools like Ariba and Coupa.
Individual should be able to create Functional Specifications, Unit and SIT Test Cases
Work and collaborate with technical consultants to design, build and realize Custom developments (RICEFW)
Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution.
Ability to work under pressure and handle crunched timelines.
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork.
Consistently engage with the clients, interpret their requirements, staff projects while managing the communication flow throughout
Excellent attention to details, ability to multitask, and effective time management skills.
Must be able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team; and foster the development of high-performance teams and interface with all levels of the organization.

Role Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design Leadership for Engage to Staff (ETS)
Lead the design and architecture of SAP Professional Services in Public Cloud to meet the business needs of a regulated, quality-focused service Industry.
- Architect process flows that leverage SAP Best Practices for discrete Professional services
- Provide specific guidance around variant configuration for customizable products and ensure smooth integration across various modules of Professional Service processes.
Support decision-making for configuration vs. extensibility, always aiming for minimal deviation from standard.
Identify deltas between standard SAP and business needs, recommending suitable process adaptations or extensibility options.
Build strong relationships with business process owners and IT leadership by clearly articulating how the SAP Professional services on Public Cloud solution will support their goals.
Present options and recommendations in fit-to-standard discussions to gain buy-in and reduce friction.
Aligning closely with onshore functional consultants and technical leads to ensure continuity in solution delivery.
Begin laying the groundwork for upcoming test cycles, data migration, and cutover planning by aligning on key milestones.
Coach and mentor junior team members to strengthen internal SAP Professional services Public Cloud capability.
Technical Abilities:
- Revenue Recognition Expertise
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition principles in professional services.
- Ability to configure and validate revenue recognition rules aligned with project milestones and billing cycles.
- Project Creation and Processing
- Knowledge of end-to-end project lifecycle: creation, planning, execution, and closure.
- Familiarity with project structures (WBS elements, networks) and integration with financial processes.
- Cost Rates and Revenue Management
- Ability to define and maintain cost rates for resources and services.
- Understanding of revenue calculation methods and profitability analysis for projects.
- Staffing and Resource Planning
- Experience in resource management, staffing assignments, and capacity planning.
- Knowledge of tools and apps for workforce scheduling and utilization tracking.
- Billing Process and Adjustments
- Expertise in preparing billing documents, including Billing Document Requests (BDR), preliminary billing documents, and final invoices.
- Ability to handle billing adjustments such as write-offs, postponements, and credit/debit memos.
- Pricing and Condition Records
- Knowledge of pricing procedures, condition types, and maintenance of condition records.
- Ability to configure pricing logic for professional services scenarios.
- Output Determination and App Knowledge
- Understanding of output determination for invoices and related documents.
- Familiarity with various SAP Fiori apps or equivalent tools involved in project billing, revenue recognition, and resource management.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an SAP S4 HANA Solution Architect with a focus on Public Cloud implementations and SAP Professional Services on Public cloud.
Strong knowledge of SAP Public cloud end-to-end implementation processes, including knowledge of Professional services value chains like Opportunity Management, resource management, revenue and billing etc.
Managed a team of onshore and offshore resources both from an individual engagement and overall practice perspective.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a keen ability to deliver solutions in a timely and effective manner.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
