ey Responsibilities

• Configure and manage SAP Solution Manager including basic setup, system landscape configuration, and solution readiness.
• Perform Managed System Configuration and integrate SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Lead Project and Process Management activities, ensuring accurate documentation and governance.
• Implement and support Focused Build for structured and agile project delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end Change Request Management (ChaRM) including workflow, change cycle setup, and transport governance.
• Maintain and enhance Solution Documentation (SolDoc) across business processes.
• Drive SAP Test Suite activities such as test planning, execution, and reporting.
• Support Application Operations, including monitoring, alerting, job management, and performance analysis.
• Implement and operate SAP Cloud ALM for both implementation and operations scenarios.
• Enable cloud system onboarding, monitoring setup, business process monitoring, and cloud‑centric project execution.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in SAP Solution Manager and SAP Cloud ALM.
• Strong knowledge of ChaRM, Focused Build, SolDoc, Project/Process Management, and Test Management preferred.
• Practical experience in Cloud ALM Implementation and/or Operations.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
