Senior Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions in Tally.
• Supervise bank reconciliations, maintenance of books of accounts, and finalization of accounts.
• Manage statutory compliances including Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other regulatory filings, ensuring adherence to the Income Tax Act and Companies Act.
• Coordinate and liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and tax consultants for audit and compliance requirements.
• Plan and manage tax strategy and compliance, including corporate and individual tax planning, and address tax implications related to inter- and intra-company transactions.
• Work closely with the Chartered Accountant (CA) to ensure timely and accurate Income Tax filing and related submissions for all group companies.
• Support management with financial reports, compliance updates, and audit outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
• Proficiency in Tally and good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting principles.
• Strong understanding of Income Tax, GST, and Companies Act compliance.
• Experience in finalization of accounts and statutory audits.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines
