The ideal candidate will be well-versed in air ticketing and accommodation processes and procedures, IATA qualified, and willing to work in US time zones. This position demands proficiency in managing multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle air ticketing bookings with precision and efficiency.
• Address and resolve employee inquiries and issues related to travel arrangements.
• Manage multiple tasks, itineraries, and schedules seamlessly.
• Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with clients and team members.
• Collaborate with team members to build a positive working culture and ensure smooth operations.
• Utilize MS Excel for various tasks related to travel arrangements and data management.
• Apply MIS data analytical skills to optimize travel processes and provide insights.

Qualifications and Requirements

• IATA qualification is mandatory.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a travel agent or in the travel industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address and resolve travel-related issues effectively.
• Outstanding proficiency in managing multiple tasks, itineraries, and schedules.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive working culture.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Strong MIS data analytical skills.
