Senior Application Software Engineer
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Core Java, backend service development, SQL, REST APIs, and cloud-native technologies. In addition to building production-grade backend services, you will contribute to engineering excellence by developing robust automated tests and enhancing test automation frameworks as part of the software development lifecycle. Experience with AI-assisted development tools is highly desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 4+ years of professional software development experience with a minimum of 5 years in Java development.
- Strong expertise in Core Java and object-oriented programming principles.
- Solid understanding of SQL, including database development and stored procedures.
- Experience building Java backend services and REST APIs.
- Strong programming, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience writing automated tests using JUnit, TestNG, or PyTest.
- Experience debugging and troubleshooting multithreaded applications.
- Experience with Continuous Integration (CI) and automated build pipelines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative Agile environment.
