Job Description

About the Role:

• Providing Lenders Independent Engineer & Project Investment Risk Monitoring services for Private Equity companies, NBFC & Banks.

• Execute and deliver Commercial reviews, sales and collection reviews for stressed assets

• Conducting Financial, Sales & Collection review / assessment for real estate projects.

• Execute financial assessment for reconciliation of collections as per Bank statement, Customer ledgers and Sales MIS and reconciliation of cost incurred as per bank statements with cost incurred as per books.

• Conducting sales review, debtors ageing analysis and identifying potential cancellations

• Conduct review of fund inflow and outflow management involving allocation of funds to appropriate ESCROW account for Sales and approved withdrawals / utilization for cost review

• Expert understanding of State RERA Compliances and review of filings

• Comparison of Project planned v/s actual on basis of Investment committee plan for project budget & cost and sales milestones, planned sales & collection.

• Updating the investment team on project challenges in terms of project cost, long pending advances, delayed cash inflow, low sales no. achieved and potential cancellations

• Responsible for bills certification of project, analysis of sales response achieved against various plans launched/ marketing strategies adopted and overall engagement & client management

About You:

CA/ CA Inter / MBA Finance

Minimum 2 – 3 years’ experience in internal audit / project finance, etc. in Real Estate

• Requires expert level analytical and quantitative skills

• Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret the most complex business documents.

• Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive client concerns

• Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and client groups to take desired action.

• Ability to analyze the most complex business/financial data and develop innovative solutions.

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Strong leadership management skills

• Requires expert knowledge of financial terms and principles
