Full Stack Developer – Golang & React

Experience:

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Golang and React (or Next.js) to build and scale modern, distributed applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing microservices-based systems, working with GraphQL APIs, and developing performant frontend interfaces. Exposure to cloud platforms and event-driven systems is a strong plus.

Key resposibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end full stack applications using Golang (backend) and React or Next.js (frontend)

• Build scalable, secure, and high-performance microservices architectures

• Develop and consume GraphQL APIs across frontend and backend layers

• Implement backend services in Golang following clean architecture best practices

• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to deliver intuitive and responsive user interfaces

• Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and architectural decisions

• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability in distributed environments

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the application stack

• Contribute to continuous improvement of coding standards and development processes

Responsibilities

Good to have Skils:

• Experience with AWS cloud services

• Exposure to Apache Kafka or similar messaging platforms

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

Soft Skills:

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to own features end-to-end

• Mentoring mindset and team-oriented approach

• Ownership and delivery-focused attitude

Qualifications

Must Have Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development

• Strong hands-on experience with Golang

• Strong frontend experience using ReactJS or Next.js

• Hands-on experience with GraphQL

• Strong understanding of microservices architecture

• Experience building distributed systems

• Proficiency with Git and version control systems

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
