About the Role

As a PMO – Employee Engagement Specialist, you will play a key role in driving Unilever’s branding initiatives, managing projects, and leading engagement programs that foster equity, diversity, and inclusivity. This position is perfect for someone who wants to make a real difference through creative thinking and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Management: Plan, track, and deliver projects with excellence, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met.

• Creative Collaboration: Bring fresh ideas to the table - this role will pick your brains for creativity and innovation.

• Stakeholder Communication: Engage with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively to drive alignment and success.

• Equity, Diversity & Inclusion: Champion initiatives that foster an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.

• People Pillar Leadership: Be an active lead in Bangalore Hub People Pillar initiatives throughout the year, driving engagement and wellbeing programs.

• Unilever Branding: Support and execute branding strategies that align with global and local objectives.

• Operational Excellence: (a) Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and manage Coupa requests efficiently. (b) Handle vendor coordination and ensure compliance with procurement processes.

• Digital Engagement: Drive Viva Engage communications to amplify engagement and promote initiatives across the hub.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

• A creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.

• Familiarity with procurement tools like Coupa and experience in managing POs is a plus.

• Comfort with digital platforms for employee engagement (e.g., Viva Engage)
