• Allocation of space to new hire.
• Responsible for cafe and Pantry service.
• Responsible for managing the HK team.
• Responsible for Vendor management.
• Responsible for inventory management.
• Responsible for invoicing and PR.
• Ensure immediate response service to Calls & Help line Tickets.
• Respond to inquiries through email, phone, and the service portal.
•  Triage and solve the assigned requests according to the service desk’s standard operating procedure. Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met to maintain high-quality service.
• Develop various internal reports related to Daily, Weekly & monthly Reports.
• Act as a subject matter expert on soft services and Hospitality management.
• Responsible for Procurement and ordering of Housekeeping Materials and chemicals on Monthly Basis.
• Maintaining Housekeeping attendance and randomly checking the checklists & implementing them.
• Coordinating and verifying the 52-week PPM schedules of Housekeeping.
• Making rounds in premises regularly to identify the House keeping issues, Maintenance issues & take immediate action for Rectification.
• Arrangement of all consumables and supplies for client / VIP visits.
• Interfacing with the pest control for carrying out the pest control activities at the facilities.
• Monitoring the mail room activities.
• Collecting all documents from the vendor for compliance audit.
• Oversee the pantry equipment and reprographic equipment operations during the shift and identify the issues and take necessary actions.
