Job Description

Your Responsibilities:
ADM is seeking a development leader to assist in our Digital transformation and sustainment activities.
This role will be focused in Web development and will build according to ADM and industry integration standards. We will utilize these standards to design solutions that meet operational requirements including scalability, maintainability, security, reliability, extensibility, flexibility, availability, and manageability.  The role is responsible for reviewing and performing the development, implementation, maintenance, and support of designs and provides oversight of applications.

• Responsible for the overall Web Application development solutions within their scope.  This role entails both Back-end, Front-end was well as supporting DevSecOps and Cloud deployment activities. and could also focus on Mobile solutions.
• Work closely with technical and functional teams to understand the business requirements and plan technology architecture and solutions in line with to leverage integration needs. Partners with back end  teams to support integration strategy to leverage key data digitally within ADM
• Ability to leverage and promote Web and Mobile application creation strategies, standards, guidelines, patterns, and conventions.  
• Provide technology guidance, road-maps, principles, standards, and best practices
• Provides oversight and coaching to team members
• Perform code reviews and maintain development standards.
• Monitor application design and ensures compliance with architectural standards.

Your Profile:

• Experience with one or more modern Front End frameworks (Angular, React, Vue, etc.).
• 4+ years of React JS experience being preferred
• 3+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML
• Experience with Back-end frameworks (.Net, Java, Python) and Databases (SqlServer, Oracle, PostGreSQL, mariaDB, Mongo, Cosmos)
• 4+ years of .Net Core / SqlServer experience being preferred
• Knowledge of Web Services, XML, XSD , SOAP , JSON , REST, OPENAPI and ODATA Services.
• Knowledge of Security Standards - SSL, PGP, Encryption, SAML, OAuth etc.,
• Knowledge of major communication protocols such as SFTP, HTTPS, SOAP, TCPIP, JDBC, JMS etc.
• Relevant Technical architect background in cloud based solution/services to provide application delivery into cloud environment, Azure being preferred
• Expert knowledge of modern JavaScript
• Knowledge of / familiarity with Design Systems & Atomic Design principles
• Knowledge of scalable architecture methodologies & software design principles
• Knowledge of Git (or TFS) related source control best practices. 
• Experience working in close collaboration with designers and good understanding of visual / interaction design principles
• Knowledge of Services Oriented Architectures, RESTful Interfaces & Enterprise Application Patterns
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience setting up Back End and Front End build tooling within CI/CD platform (DevOps)
• Experience with Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) to deliver artifacts
• Familiarity with web performance best practices
• Experience setting up / writing unit, integration, and end to end tests
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies, and passion to deliver quality solutions both individually and as part of a team
• Comfortable in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills, independent self-direction coupled with team collaboration, and open communication  Knowledge of the principles & patterns of Agile software development
• Demonstrated ability to adapt to new technologies and learn quickly
• Ability and willingness to travel as needed to achieve business objectives – 15-30%

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cloud technologies and/or application development platforms including PaaS, IaaS, Containers, Serverless Computing, APIs, Microservices and DevOps – Azure being preferred
• Understanding on Application Integration, exposure to Data Modeling and Data Architecture
• Awareness on Infrastructure as Code (eg. Powershell, ARM, Terraform)
• Awareness to Quality Assurance activities (eg. Load testing and related troubleshooting, Automated testing)
• Familiarity with UX/UI best practices
• Familiarity with accessibility best practices
