Senior Manager, Analytics Business Partnering

• Build and maintain positive relationships with senior Employee Experience and Business Leaders in India, serving as their primary point of contact for People Analytics
• Engage with business executives and EX leaders to understand their strategic priorities, surface the right analytical questions, and translate ambiguous asks into clear, actionable work
• Present people insights in a way that drives decisions, with an ability to adapt framing and level of detail for different audiences
• Represent India’s workforce context and business priorities within the global People Analytics team, ensuring local nuance is reflected in broader analyses and recommendations

• Define the right questions from complex, sometimes ambiguous business problems, and determine the appropriate analytical approach to answer them
• Lead analyses that combine people data, external research, and business context to address real strategic challenges
• Ensure the integrity and rigor of analytical outputs produced by the team, setting a high quality bar and providing substantive review

• Manage and develop a small team of analysts, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and building their skills over time
• Coordinate and prioritize the team’s work in alignment with India partner needs and global PA roadmap priorities
• Foster ways of working that are rigorous, collaborative, and aligned with both India EX and PA team standards and processes

• Actively participate in and contribute to both the global PA team and EX India, including shared initiatives, capability development, and knowledge sharing
• Partner with PA sub-functions (BI, Data Science, Research, Workforce Strategy) to deliver coordinated, high-quality work to collaborators

• 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, HR strategy, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years (required) in a people leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leaders with data and insights, including comfort presenting to and advising executive-level audiences
• Strong skill in translating ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans with defined scope and deliverables, and influencing EX partners who would be partnering on this work
• Deep understanding of the HR landscape, workforce trends, and the strategic challenges facing large organizations in India and globally
• Analytical proficiency sufficient to lead and review rigorous work, including familiarity with statistical methods, quantitative analysis, and data storytelling
• Ability to work across time zones and contribute to a globally distributed team while maintaining a strong local presence and focus
