Your Role & Impact: The Senior Manager – Wellbeing will be responsible for shaping and advancing the organisation’s wellbeing agenda. This role will partner closely with local and global leadership teams, as well as relevant regulatory authorities, to ensure a safe, supportive, and health‑positive workplace for all employees. The role will lead the design and delivery of inclusive wellbeing frameworks, policies, and programs that promote holistic physical, mental, emotional, and social wellbeing. This includes end‑to‑end ownership of the wellbeing lifecycle—needs assessment, program design, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure sustained impact and continuous improvement.

Your reporting lines: The role position reports into the General Manager – Human Resources.

Your Responsibilities:

The Senior Manager, Wellbeing leads the end-to-end wellbeing function, shaping and executing a holistic, data-led wellbeing strategy that enhances employee mental, physical and emotional health. The role integrates global best practice, emerging trends and employee insights into a cohesive local approach, ensuring wellbeing initiatives are aligned, effective and sustainable.

Operating as a strategic partner to business leaders, the role oversees the full lifecycle of wellbeing interventions from strategy and design through delivery and impact measurement driving a culture of wellbeing and accountability across the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Wellbeing Strategy & Governance: Lead the development and ongoing evolution of an enterprise wellbeing strategy, policies and governance frameworks that are evidence-based, risk-informed and aligned to organisational priorities and regulatory obligations.

  • Design & Delivery of Interventions: Own the end-to-end design, delivery and optimisation of wellbeing initiatives, translating identified risks, employee insights and emerging trends into targeted, scalable interventions that support engagement, resilience and sustainable performance.

  • Support & Resources: Develop and oversee a comprehensive wellbeing support model, including mental health capability uplift, early intervention pathways, counselling services and strategic partnerships with internal and external providers.

  • Data & Reporting: Using surveys and metrics to analyse trends, measure the effectiveness of programs, and report progress to senior leadership.

  • Communication & Culture: Embed wellbeing into organizational culture through strategic communication, education, leader enablement and advocacy efforts.

  • Compliance: Ensure wellbeing strategies and interventions meet health, safety and regulatory requirements, while continuously incorporating external best practice, research and global wellbeing standards.

Your Skills & Experience:

  • 8 – 10 years in organizational wellbeing, mental health program management or mental health setups working towards employee health

  •  Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Essential for promoting initiatives, building rapport with staff, and engaging stakeholders.

  •  Strategic Thinking & Planning: Ability to align wellness initiatives with company culture, policies, and long-term business goals.

  •  Data Analysis & Evaluation: Ability to measure and communicate wellbeing trends, intervention data and outcome to stakeholders

  •  Mental Health & Wellness Knowledge: Expertise in psychology, occupational health and proven experience in managing wellbeing strategy at workplace

  • Project Management & Organization: Managing multiple, concurrent wellness projects and budgets.

  • Leadership & Empathy: Leading with compassion, maintaining confidentiality, and fostering an inclusive environment. 

  • Vendor Management: Managing well-being-adjacent vendors end to end

Education Qualification:

  • Relevant degree in mental health or psychology (e.g., master’s in counselling, Clinical or Organisational Psychology)

  • Certifications in mental health first aid or workplace wellbeing strategies

  • Experience working in the corporate wellbeing space
