• 5+ years of experience across network security, application security, cloud security, or infrastructure security domains.

• Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure cloud platform, including core security services such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Virtual Network, NSG, Azure Firewall, Key Vault, and encryption services.

• Strong understanding of cloud networking concepts, including segmentation, routing, private connectivity, and secure network architecture design.

• Experience securing cloud-native applications, microservices architectures, and container platforms (e.g., AKS, Kubernetes, container security).

• Experience aligning cloud security programs with industry frameworks including NIST, CIS Benchmarks, FIPS, PCI DSS, and HIPAA.

• Familiarity with SOC, FFIEC, CSA, and FedRAMP frameworks is a plus.

• Hands-on experience with CSPM and CNAPP platforms (Wiz preferred), vulnerability management, cloud workload protection, and security posture monitoring.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to clearly convey security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently while managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment supporting cloud integration and modernization programs.

• Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with evolving cloud security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.

• Relevant certifications preferred, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, or CCSP.
