Overview

The Sr. Presentation Specialist is responsible for transforming complex ideas, data, and strategies into clear, visually compelling presentations that capture attention and inspire action. This role demands a world-class PowerPoint designer with exceptional visual storytelling skills and the ability to distill complex concepts into simple, impactful slides.

As the company’s lead presentation designer, this individual will own the look, feel, and execution of Clean Harbors’ most important presentations — from executive keynotes and investor decks to high-stakes customer proposals and internal leadership meetings. The ideal candidate combines creative design expertise with strategic thinking and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy, clarity, and visual excellence are paramount.

Location: Hebbal, Bengaluru - Work from office

Working Hours: 3.00pm to 12.00am IST

• Design high-impact PowerPoint and presentation materials that communicate complex messages with clarity and visual sophistication.
• Collaborate with executives, marketing leaders, and subject-matter experts to translate ideas and data into engaging visual stories.
• Develop cohesive presentation templates, graphic systems, and visual frameworks that align with brand standards and elevate overall presentation quality.
• Condense and simplify complex information into digestible, audience-friendly formats without compromising accuracy or intent.
• Design compelling infographics, data visualizations, charts, and diagrams that enhance storytelling and audience understanding.
• Ensure brand consistency across all presentation materials while exploring innovative ways to enhance creativity and visual impact.
• Manage and maintain presentation assets, icon libraries, and design standards to support enterprise-wide presentation excellence.
• Support critical, high-visibility deliverables such as executive presentations, client proposals, board decks, and large event keynotes.
• Incorporate feedback from multiple stakeholders while maintaining design integrity, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Stay current on presentation design trends, software capabilities, and best practices to continually push creative boundaries.

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in professional presentation design, visual storytelling, or graphic communication in a corporate or agency environment.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint (advanced animations, transitions, and master slide management).
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects preferred).
• Proven ability to design visually engaging slides that simplify complex data and ideas into powerful visual narratives.
• Experience creating executive-level and client-facing presentations that demand exceptional polish and strategic clarity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the confidence to work directly with senior leadership.
• Exceptional attention to detail, visual consistency, and storytelling flow.
• A portfolio demonstrating a mastery of presentation design, data visualization, and brand storytelling is required.
