Oversees HR systems, processes, operations, analytics, and reporting to ensure efficiency, compliance, cost-effectiveness, and data-driven decision-making. Builds organizational capability through knowledge management, capability development, and structured learning interventions. Strengthens relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including vendors, by acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring effective collaboration. Supports employer branding and organizational positioning through industry engagement, thought leadership, and strategic communication. Leads function-specific initiatives, ensures adherence to audit and compliance requirements, and fosters a high-performance, merit-driven team culture through talent development, coaching, engagement, and retention initiatives.
