About the Role

MuleSoft Intelligent Document Processing (IDP) brings AI-powered document understanding to the enterprise — enabling organizations to extract, classify, and act on information from unstructured documents at scale. We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive this product end-to-end, working at the intersection of AI, automation, and enterprise integration.

This is a highly cross-functional role. You will define and execute the roadmap, partner closely with engineering, and coordinate across multiple Salesforce teams. You will also work hand-in-hand with our go-to-market organization to directly support customers.

We are a team that actively embraces AI as a fundamental part of how we work. We use AI tools to accelerate research, sharpen requirements, improve decision-making, and move faster as a team. We're looking for a PM who shares that mindset and brings both the product instincts to build great AI-powered experiences and the hands-on comfort to use AI tools in their daily work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product roadmap, setting a clear vision and prioritizing work that delivers customer and business value.

  • Partner with engineering to drive execution — translating strategy into well-defined requirements and working through the full development lifecycle.

  • Coordinate across Salesforce organizations to align on shared service dependencies and deliver a cohesive product experience.

  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to support sales motions, customer onboarding, and ongoing customer success operations.

  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate research synthesis, competitive analysis, and requirements writing — and raise the bar for clarity and quality in everything you ship.

  • Champion AI-powered workflows that improve how the team discovers insights, prioritizes work, and delivers outcomes.

  • Act as a trusted product voice in customer interactions, internal reviews, and cross-functional planning.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience product managing technology products, with a track record of owning roadmaps and driving execution.

  • Strong technical aptitude , comfortable holding your own in discussions with engineers, architects, and data scientists.

  • Experience building AI powered products.

  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver results.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (e.g., LLMs, AI assistants, AI-powered prototyping) to accelerate day-to-day product management work.

  • Familiarity with intelligent document processing, document AI, OCR, or adjacent enterprise content technologies.

  • Experience with enterprise integration platforms or workflow automation products.
