Job Description
What you’ll do
- Lead QA for Guidewire or P&C insurance implementation projects, from requirement analysis and test strategy through execution and sign-off, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality targets are met.
- Design, write, and maintain high-quality manual test cases and test scenarios that align to business requirements, configuration, and integration flows for core P&C processes (for example, policy, billing, claims).
- Collaborate closely with Functional and Technical Consultants, developers, and customer stakeholders to clarify requirements, identify test coverage gaps, and proactively manage risks and defects using tools such as Jira.
- Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT support testing; analyze results; and drive clear, data-based recommendations for go/no-go decisions on releases and production deployments.
