Overview:

As a SAP BW Developer, work with multiple stakeholders in a result driven and customer-oriented environment by coordinating with teams across the globe primarily with a customer centric approach.

Responsibilities:

• Lead SAP BW/HANA Projects: Work on end-to-end SAP BW implementation, design, execution, and delivery.

• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business users, functional consultants, and technical teams to align project goals with business needs.

• Ensure Timely Delivery: Oversee the project timeline, resource allocation, and ensure that milestones are met according to the project schedule

• System Design and Architecture: Ensure standard architecture and design principles of the BW solution on the HANA platform are implemented, leveraging HANA's in-memory capabilities to enhance performance and scalability.

• Integration with Other SAP/Non SAP Systems and optimize data models: Design seamless integrations with other SAP modules (e.g., SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP CRM) and non-SAP systems to ensure data consistency across platforms leveraging optimized design models

• System Maintenance: Ensure that the SAP BW on HANA system remains up to date with the latest patches and updates, including database and application layer optimizations.

• Enhancement and Optimization: Continuously monitor the system and suggest improvements or enhancements, based on feedback and emerging business requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with SAP functional consultants (e.g., SAP FI, SAP SD) and other technical teams (e.g., SAP Basis, SAP security) to ensure the successful integration of BW on HANA with other SAP solutions.

• Client Communication: Ensure clear and consistent communication with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet those needs.

• Evaluate New Features: Stay up to date with new SAP HANA and BW/4HANA features and innovations, and evaluate how they can improve the existing solution and ensure new data models are BW4H ready

• Drive Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for BW on HANA development, including performance optimization, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate or Post-Graduate with 5+ years of experience

• SAP Bw on HANA

• SAP Native HANA including Table functions/Stored Procedures/Input Parameters/Variables'

• Reporting: BW Queries, SAP BO/Webi Reports

• ABAP/ABAP on HANA: Must have hands on enhancing DataSource's using Function Modules/BADIs/Customer Exits

• AMDP: Experience in AMDP Scripts

• SAP BODS: Must have knowledge of using SAP BODS for data integration from Non-SAP to SAP systems and vice-versa.

• Experience on SAP BW/4 HANA, SAP BO security concepts, Authorizations, roles, teams and collaborations.

• Must have hands on experience in all areas of SAP BW/4 HANA, which includes Modelling, Extraction (LO, COPA, Finance, Generic extractor), BW reporting.

• At least one end-to-end S4 & B4HANA implementation project

• Open to working in shifts aligned with the US time zone.
