Job Description:

We are looking for highly skilled SAP WMS practitioners to manage, support, and enhance SAP Warehouse Management System (WMS) solutions. Candidates will be responsible for handling incidents, managing system enhancements, coordinating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues. KT will be provided for related applications as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle user incidents and monitoring requests related to SAP WMS.
• Manage and test changes/enhancements for daily, weekly, and monthly operations.
• Work closely with users and market SPOCs to resolve issues efficiently.
• Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis for system incidents and bugs.
• Coordinate with other IT teams, users, and market representatives to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide timely updates to leadership on key issues and resolutions.
• Support testing efforts for projects, system upgrades, and enhancements (manual or scripted testing).
• Document knowledge articles based on resolved issues to improve user self-service.
• Be available for out-of-shift support as required (compensatory time off will be provided).
