Senior Software Engineer, Resource Optima

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in leading technical projects from ideation to completion.
Experience with micro-services architecture, database design, high-availability systems, and large-scale distributed systems.
Experience in mentoring junior engineers and driving technical best practices within a team.
Ability to learn and drive implementation and ideation of solutions using cloud technologies.
Ability to lead and influence technical decisions across a team or organization.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to discuss technical designs or solutions.
