About the Role

 We are looking for a Senior Quadient Inspire with 5 to 10 yrs of experience to lead the development team, architect solutions, and drive end-to-end delivery of customer communication management solutions. The role involves technical leadership, stakeholder coordination, mentoring, and hands-on involvement in complex Quadient implementations.

Key Responsibilities

   - Lead and mentor the development team across different phases of the project including problem definition, effort estimation, solution design, development, and deployment.
  - Architect solutions based on Quadient Inspire to meet client business requirements and scalability needs.
  - Hands-on design and development of Quadient Inspire solutions for complex communication workflows.
  - Lead training of team members on Quadient Inspire modules and best practices.
  - Responsible for planning, scheduling, execution, monitoring, quality control, and implementation of large/medium-size projects.
  - Provide guidance on environments setup, tool configurations, matching Enterprise standards so products can be scalable for future needs.
  - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business clients, domain and system SMEs, client management, and offshore SMEs in a global delivery environment.
  - Provide high-level estimates to apply Quadient features to business use cases.
  - Outline and define roadmap for migration of forms from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.
  - Provide suggestions for process customization and refinements based on problem areas.
  - Provide inputs in solution design and conduct demonstrations/POC to help client envision future state.
  - Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
  - Adherence to organizational guidelines and processes.

  Mandatory Skills

   - Extensive experience in Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive. 

  - Quadient Inspire Scaler – Experience in high-volume batch processing and scalability.
  - Quadient ICM (Inspire Content Manager) – Content management, versioning, and governance.
  - Quadient Inspire Approve Workflow – Understanding of approval workflow modules and implementation mechanisms.

  - Quadient Inspire Automation – Advanced workflow configuration and automation.
  - Customer Communication Management (CCM) – Deep expertise in CCM strategy, architecture, and delivery.
  - Scripting – JavaScript, Groovy for Scaler.
  - APIs, Microservices & System Integrations – Architecting and implementing integrations with enterprise systems.
  - Good understanding of technology from the perspective of product legacy migration, systems integration, and data
  migration.
  - Ability to design and create various types of documents – from batch, real-time, or interactive delivery, from a  simple letter to an interactive proposal using Quadient Inspire.

  - Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Quadient Inspire platform.
 

  Mandatory Certification

  - Quadient Inspire Designer Certification
  - Quadient Inspire Interactive Certification
  - Quadient Inspire Scaler Certification

• Quadient Inspire ICM Certification
• Quadient Inspire Scripting Certification 

 

 Good to Have / Added Advantage

  - Experience with Quadient Inspire Scaler for high-volume processing.
  - Experience with Approve Workflow modules and their implementation.
  - Knowledge of migration from legacy systems to Quadient Inspire.
  - Experience with other Document Composition tools.
  - Understanding of Enterprise standards for environment setup, tool configurations, and scalability.
